Please include the venue name, a short description, and a screenshot when helpful. Do not email passwords, payment information, or government identification unless specifically requested through a secure process.
Account and privacy
Account deletion is available in the app under Settings → Account Actions. Notification categories can be changed in Settings, and system permissions can be changed in iPhone Settings.
Venue corrections
Use “Report incorrect venue information” from the venue page when available, or email the venue name and correction to support@officialliveapp.com.
Venue owners
For listing access, onboarding, or dashboard questions, email venues@officialliveapp.com.
