By creating a Live! account, you affirmatively agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use account-only features.
Venue and crowd information
Live! provides estimates and third-party venue information for convenience. Crowd levels, hours, promotions, availability, directions, and venue details can change and are not guaranteed. Confirm important information directly with the venue.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account and activity. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and do not transfer or share an account to obtain offers or contest credit. Live! may suspend activity that appears automated, fraudulent, unsafe, or inconsistent with these terms.
Location and contributions
Check-ins and crowd votes may require a permanent account, current location permission, acceptable location accuracy, and physical proximity to the venue. Do not spoof location, submit false information, or interfere with other users.
Deals and promotions
Venue offers are provided by participating venues and remain subject to the separate Deal Terms. Venues are responsible for fulfillment, age verification, product availability, taxes, and compliance with applicable law.
Free promotional contests
Live! may offer free promotional contests to encourage legitimate app engagement. No purchase or payment is necessary, and a purchase will not improve a participant's score or chance of winning. Contest activity, eligibility, scoring, prizes, winner selection, and claims are governed by the Official Contest Rules and the campaign-specific details displayed in the app. Anyone who creates or uses multiple, duplicate, or fake accounts is ineligible to win and may forfeit any prize. Live! may also reject activity involving location spoofing, false check-ins, automation, collusion, or other manipulation.
Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer or disrupt the service, scrape data at scale, bypass security, impersonate another person or venue, abuse notifications or offers, infringe intellectual property, or use Live! unlawfully.
Service changes
Features may change, pause, or end. Live! may remove inaccurate venues, promotions, deals, accounts, or contributions and may update these terms by posting a revised effective date.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Live! is provided “as is” without warranties. Live! is not responsible for venue conduct, alcohol service, transportation decisions, third-party data, lost offers, or indirect or consequential damages. Always travel safely and never use the app while driving.
