These terms govern content and offers submitted by a venue to Live! App LLC ("Live!") when the venue agrees to them through a Live! venue agreement or invoice. Posting this page alone does not record a venue's acceptance.
Authority and content rights
You confirm that you are authorized to act for the venue and to submit its photos, logos, descriptions, hours, promotions, deals, and other venue materials ("Venue Content"). You retain ownership of Venue Content. You confirm that you own it or have the permissions needed to allow the uses below, including any permissions required from photographers, designers, and other rights holders. Do not submit content that infringes another party's rights.
Limited permission to display
While Venue Content is active on your listing, you give Live! a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, reproduce, resize, format, and display it in the Live! app, website, and venue listing previews solely to operate and promote your venue listing and its offers. This permission does not transfer ownership to Live! or allow Live! to sell your content or use it in unrelated advertising without separate permission.
Removing content
You may remove or replace Venue Content through the venue dashboard at any time. Live! will stop publicly displaying removed content after the change is processed. Temporary technical copies may remain in caches or backups for a limited period, and records may be retained where legally required; Live! will not intentionally continue public display of removed content.
Accuracy, offers, and compliance
You are responsible for keeping your listing, hours, images, promotions, and deals accurate and current. You are responsible for offers you publish, their fulfillment, and any legally required age checks. Venue Content must not be misleading, unlawful, or inappropriate for the listing. Live! may reject, hide, or remove content that appears inaccurate, infringing, unlawful, or inconsistent with these terms.
